By using Promo Maker you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
the service
Promo Maker writes a script for a short promo video from the material you give it, and your browser renders the video. The service is in early testing: features, prices and limits may change, and it may be unavailable at times.
credits
Each promo costs one credit. Your browser gets one free credit on its first visit. If a promo can't be made, its credit is returned. Switching the format of a finished promo and downloading it are free. Credits are tied to the browser's identifier and have no cash value. Paid credits are not offered yet.
your material
Only submit links, images and text you have the right to use for advertising — your own product, or one you are allowed to promote. You are responsible for the material and for how you use the videos.
You keep your rights to your material. You give us permission to process it as needed to make your promos.
the videos
The videos you make are yours to use. Scripts are written by AI and can contain mistakes: check the claims, names and numbers before you publish. App names, icons and screenshots belong to their owners.
what not to do
Don't use the service for illegal, misleading, hateful or adult content, to impersonate someone, to promote products you have no right to promote, or to overload or break the service.
no warranty
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for how the videos perform, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us (currently nothing).
changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the last update. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
